After you place your order, we will call within OrderKerlo along with an SMS to confirm your order. If you don’t receive the call, we will call you three times and after that, your order will automatically be canceled.

If your order is canceled due to call not attend, you will have to place a new order following the same pattern of order placement.

 

Q19. Can “Products” Be Availed Nationwide?

Most of the time, products are delivered within Pakistan to different city/districts/tehsils. Once you are on the order page you will see a list of places to where our product deliveries are confined. If you find your place in the list, then the product delivery is made by our team. However, sometimes there are products restricted to cities.

There is no refund policy at OrderKerlo. Products once bought will not be refunded.
